Now Hiring - Bilingual Property Manager in Round Rock, TX

Position Summary:

The Property Manager is responsible for the supervision, planning, and dispatching of maintenance operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and dispatch the maintenance staff for their daily activities including maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests

Billing, Invoicing, Budgeting & adhering to owner financial caps.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding installation, maintenance and repair work.

Ensure service requests, make-readies, and other maintenance projects are completed accurately and timely.

Ensure Service Requests are appropriately assigned and completed by team within required time frame.

Purchase / order maintenance supplies, materials and appliances in an efficient and cost effective manner. Ensure inventory is appropriately stocked and maintained.

Maintains and updates all assigned service requests until assignment is completed and closed.

Prepare specifications for major planned projects, negotiate and/or solicit bids with contractors and vendors.

Some level of understanding and experience in the following basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Ensure excellent customer service with courteous and professional attitude toward all customers and team members

Ability to troubleshoot, critical thinking with the ability to triage each situation, multi-task, and handle a high pressure, face pasted enviroment.

Must have excellent time management skills, organization skills, communication skills and be team player oriented.

Knowledgable with Excel speadsheets

Property Management or Real Estate experience is preferred

This is a full-time M-F (with an occational Saturday), in office position only.

MUST be bilingual- must be able to read, write, and speak English & Spanish.

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
